About the Role: Sales Intake Representative

As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Create Exceptional First ImpressionsRepresent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
• Handle Client Calls with CareRespond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
• Own the Client JourneyCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
