About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Greater China team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Wati’s customer base among Chinese outbound APP companies, helping them leverage WhatsApp to drive sales, customer service, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closing
Work with partners to drive sales opportunities and follow up on inbound leads from the website and other channels to conversion
Continuously develop new Chinese outbound APP clients
Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products
Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in SaaS or CRM software
Proven track record of closing deals and strong client relationship management skills
Established network in the Chinese outbound APP ecosystem, including sectors such as gaming, fintech, travel, short-video/novel, education, and utility tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Native Mandarin speaker with strong written English skills
