W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health—an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

This company focuses on building a mission-critical healthcare platform used daily by clinics. It handles patient data, payments, and real-world fulfillment. Reliability and data integrity matter.
Why this role exists
In India, important healthcare decisions are made every day. Many of them don’t get completed.
The gap between intent and real-world execution is large and under-built. We are building a system that closes that gap.
The Role
1. You will own product end-to-end.
2. You will design and ship a system that:
- Converts unstructured inputs into structured actions
- Tracks progress across fragmented stakeholders
- Defines what “done” means and measures against it
- Improves completion rates over time
3. This problem is AI-native. The core challenge is structuring ambiguity and managing state across time. Interfaces matter, but the underlying model matters more.
4. You will define the product architecture, ship early versions, and iterate based on real-world behavior.
Who You Are
- You’ve built and shipped a 0→1 system with real-world consequences
- You’ve worked on products where digital systems drove real-world fulfillment (marketplaces, logistics, ops-heavy platforms, workflow infrastructure)
- You think in systems, state transitions, and failure modes
- You measure success by outcomes completed
This is a founding role with direct accountability for whether the system drives completion.
