Sr. Compensation Analyst
Perform quantitative analyses, conduct market benchmarking, and contribute to compensation program design. Requires 4+ years of experience on Compensation teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
- Conduct market benchmarking to determine pay targets and support business growth
- Contribute to the research, design, and delivery of compensation programs
- Support international expansion and M&A initiatives
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team on offer escalations and process optimization
- Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
- Drive clarity, transparency, and understanding of compensation at Scale
What we look for in you
- 4+ years experience on Compensation teams
- Experience with compensation programs, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and Pave is a plus.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
- Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
- Eagerness to build, learn, and grow
Nice to haves
- Experience with international compensation practices and regulatory environments
- Familiarity with pre-IPO equity programs
- Ability to navigate complex compensation structures
