AI MARKETING MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)

OVERVIEW

We are searching for an AI Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.  As part of the Marketing Team, you will design, execute, and optimise intelligent marketing programs that leverage AI, automation, and data‑driven insights to accelerate growth across all Wishpond Technologies brands, including Wishpond, PersistIQ, Brax, and Essential Studio Manager.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable go‑to‑market strategies, orchestrate product launches, and enhance customer engagement through AI‑powered personalisation. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, product adoption, and revenue performance. The AI Marketing Manager is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute AI‑enhanced marketing initiatives across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, social media, and product marketing.

• Use AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue‑driven objectives.

• Ensure consistent, high‑quality brand messaging across all channels, leveraging AI for content generation, testing, and personalisation.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation through automated forecasting and performance modelling.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, values‑driven culture.

•Implement a culture of experimentation using A/B testing, machine‑learning insights, and performance dashboards.

• Support the development of AI‑powered go‑to‑market strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.

• Contribute to marketing strategies that support overall business growth and product adoption.

• Optimise existing channels (email, social, website, paid media) using automation, segmentation, and real‑time performance insights.

• Stay current with emerging AI marketing technologies and recommend tools that improve efficiency and impact

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, ideally in SaaS or AI‑driven environments.

• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organisation is considered an asset.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, AI‑powered tools, and modern marketing best practices.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI‑based marketing tools (e.g., predictive scoring, content generation, customer segmentation).

• Strong audience and market research capabilities, with an understanding of segmentation and customer‑journey best practices.

• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality. 

• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilise and or download company-approved software.

• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone or the Pacific Time Zone

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record checks, and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
