SolenisExport Operations Specialist - Istanbul
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operation Specialist to manage and coordinate our export operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that export processes are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with international trade regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations or international logistics
- Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Export Operation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring end-to-end export operations
- Coordinating with international customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Ensuring timely customs clearance and shipment of goods
- Tracking shipments and providing regular status updates to customers and internal teams
- Preparing and controlling export documentation
- Maintaining accurate records in ERP or operational systems
- Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, finance, production, and warehouse
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations and company procedures
