Position Overview
This firm is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive the organization's growth through strategic marketing initiatives, seminar programs, and lead generation systems. This role combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership to ensure the company uses a data-driven approach in developing and executing every marketing initiative, from digital advertising to educational seminars, with measurable results.
The Marketing Lead will oversee key marketing functions and team members, ensuring that brand messaging, digital campaigns, events, and lead follow-up operate as one coordinated system that consistently generates qualified prospects and strengthens client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and manage a small but high-impact marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and client touchpoints
- Monitor marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to support advisor growth and prospect development
Team Leadership
Oversee and coordinate the work of:
- Brand & Content Manager
- Digital Advertising / Active Campaign Manager
- Event & Office Manager (Client Concierge)
Responsibilities include:
- Setting priorities and campaign timelines
- Ensuring cross-team collaboration
- Maintaining accountability for execution and results
Seminar & Event Marketing
Seminars are a core growth driver for the firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee planning, promotion, and execution of prospect seminars and client events
- Ensure attendance targets are met through effective marketing campaigns
- Coordinate messaging, invitations, landing pages, and registration systems
- Ensure high-quality event experience for prospects and clients
Lead Management & Conversion
- Ensure all leads from events, digital campaigns, and referrals are captured and tracked
- Implement systems for post-seminar follow-up and lead nurturing
- Monitor conversion metrics from registration → attendance → appointment → client
- Work with advisors to improve prospect engagement and conversion rates
Digital Campaign Oversight
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns and marketing automation systems
- Ensure campaigns support seminar promotion and ongoing lead generation
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing leadership or campaign management experience
- Strong experience with lead generation and event marketing
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and paid advertisement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and team members
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or advisory firms preferred
- Experience with Wealthbox, Active Campaign, Google Suite, Slack and AP tool preferred
