Role Overview
As a Senior SMM Specialist, you'll own our social media presence end-to-end, building brand awareness and driving community growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and beyond. Creating culturally relevant content and managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, you'll turn local insight into measurable impact. Collaborating with influencers, external creatives, and HQ, you'll ensure local execution stays sharp and on-brand. Through continuous testing, performance analysis, and data-driven optimisation via Google Analytics, Tableau, and DV360, you'll scale what works, all while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and platform policies.
What We Expect From You
Develop and execute a comprehensive SMM strategy for the Kenyan market
Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
Drive customers community growth, work with engagement and brand awareness
Create and localize content aligned with local culture and trends
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (within gambling advertising policies) using cross channels marketing strategy in Meta (Ads manager) and Google ads.
Collaborate with local influencers and partners
Track, analyse, and optimize performance metrics using Google analytics/ Tableu /Dv 360
Run A/B tests and scale high-performing campaigns
Ensure full compliance with local regulations and platform policies
Manage external contractors (designers, video editors, copywriters) when needed
Collaborate with HQ office regarding the strategy
3+ years of SMM experience
Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting / Online Casino
Experience working with African markets
Deep understanding of gambling compliance and restrictions
Hands on experience with organic and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Experience with influencer marketing
Fluent English (Swahili is a strong plus)
Ability to build and own strategy independently
