Job Description
What makes this role exciting
Lead, Innovate, and Elevate Payroll Excellence at CloudPay! Are you a payroll expert with leadership experience who is passionate about driving efficiency and collaboration in a global environment? We’re looking for an EMEA Payroll Supervisor to take charge of payroll operations across the region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless service delivery.
Main responsibilities
Act as the primary communication link between clients and payroll providers to ensure smooth coordination of payroll activities
Review and validate monthly payroll reports received from payroll providers to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor and ensure all payroll-related deadlines and timelines are consistently met
Provide regular updates and reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager on payroll status and potential issues
Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and support the implementation of approved enhancements
Ensure the delivery of quality assurance (QA) compliance and adherence to established processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects that support continuous improvement
**This role follows compressed working arrangement - 4 days RTO and 3 days off, 1:00PM to 12MN Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri.
Experience needed for this role
Strong experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team.
EMEA Payroll Operations experience nice to have
Experience in project delivery, process improvement initiatives, and creating impactful reports and presentations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, service partners, and internal teams
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Comfortable collaborating with regional teams to enhance and streamline payroll processes
