Job Description:
The Loan Administration Analyst supports the Loan Servicing Department by performing day-to-day operational, analytical, and reporting functions across the loan lifecycle. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of loan administration activities while providing strong analytical support to internal stakeholders.
This position supports key servicing activities including loan booking, maintenance, payment processing, escrow administration, lien management, reporting, and member inquiries, while delivering excellent service to both members and internal business partners.
Essential Functions:
Ensure accurate and timely execution of loan servicing and administrative activities
Produce critical loan servicing reports and financial analysis
Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures
Support internal stakeholders with loan data analysis and reporting needs
Contribute to efficient loan lifecycle management, including payoff processing and arrears management
Assist with mortgage assignments, lien releases, and UCC management
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar disciplines.
At least 3 years of growing experience in financial analysis and modeling, particularly leveraging data analysis in the financial lending or mortgage sector.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess prior experience in Banking, Lending and Mortgage processes.
Strong understanding of general business principles, along with a solid grasp of accounting, quantitative analysis, and finance.
It is essential to own a laptop or desktop, as the company does not supply equipment.
Technical Skills Needed:
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF/AND/OR, and other data analysis formulas
Hands-on experience using Power BI
Skilled in creating dynamic dashboards in Excel
