About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for experienced scale-up and growth professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world applicability of AI-powered business systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs across topics including scale-up challenges, growth strategy, operational best practices, and business expansion

• Evaluate AI responses for business realism, strategic soundness, and real-world applicability

• Draft realistic business scaling scenarios informed by your direct experience

• Create variations of scenarios from different perspectives (e.g. founder, operational lead, board member, or investor)

• Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or weak logic in AI-generated content

In simple terms:You will assess and improve AI-generated business content, ensuring it mirrors authentic growth strategies, robust logic, and operational realities. Instead of traditional consulting or operational execution, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems genuinely understand and reason about scaling organizations at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level scale-up consultant, business strategist, or growth operator (e.g. Head of Growth, Operational Lead, Strategy Consultant, board member or investor)

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

• Several years of hands-on experience in scaling organizations, market analysis, operational improvement, team building, or stakeholder management

• Strong ability to assess growth reasoning and distinguish between theoretical and practically sound solutions

• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
