Supply Chain Solution Architect
Collaborate with GTM Field Teams and act as a thought leader for Supply Chain use cases, working closely with customers to solve their pain points.

The Team
In this role, you will be part of the Business Apps team, the central team to define strategy, messaging, use cases for Supply Chain and create alignment across key parts of the Celonis organization, including Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering and Sales.
It is a young team of product enthusiasts that focuses on developing best-in class applications in the domain of Supply Chain.
The Role:
You will be part of a team of Supply Chain experts that work directly with both customers and account teams on using Celonis to solve critical Supply Chain problems.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate with GTM Field Teams and act as a thought leader for Supply Chain use cases
- Work closely with customers to solve their pain points in Supply Chain with a focus on Inventory Management, Logistics & Transportation, Order Management and/or Procurement
- Enable our broader GTM organization on our Supply Chain Messaging
- Shape the strategic direction of Celonis positioning in the Supply Chain market and execute to grab the market opportunity ahead of us
- Working closely with technical counterparts in Business Apps, Product, and Engineering to evolve our platform and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers

The qualifications you need:
- 5+ years of experience in operational Supply Chain functions, Solution Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Analytics or comparable roles
- Experience with Supply Chain software solutions, such as ERP, TMS, WMS, APS or comparable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and create alignment across different functions within an organization
- Track record of working with external customers, leading to successful software implementations and value generated
- Experience in (product) marketing, messaging and positioning is a plus
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus)

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
