Remote Talent LATAM is partnering with a corporate franchise development team to hire a focused and results-driven Outbound Franchise Development Representative.
In this role, you’ll make high-volume outbound calls to independent business owners, introduce franchise conversion opportunities, and generate qualified interest for the internal sales team. You are not responsible for closing, your role is to connect, qualify, and move prospects to the next step.
This position requires strong phone presence, disciplined script adherence, sharp listening skills, and comfort speaking with established business owners. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in structured outbound environments and is motivated by clear performance metrics.
Experience: 2+ years of cold calling experience targeting U.S. businesses
Proven experience handling high-volume outbound activity
Excellent written and spoken English. You must be comfortable communicating directly with U.S. teammates and interpreting instructions without ambiguity.
Strong phone presence and ability to speak confidently with business owners
Experience following structured scripts and approved messaging
Comfortable asking direct, qualifying questions about business operations
Experience using CRM systems and updating lead trackers (Google Sheets or similar)
Comfortable working with measurable KPIs and performance tracking
Compensation: $1,200 (USD) + commissions
Two weeks of paid time off
Observed US Holidays
This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
Candidates must be able to work standard USA business hours, Monday through Friday.
