About the Role
As a Client Manager, you play a pivotal role in our commercial strategy. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts on the Luxembourg market, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. You guide your clients throughout their transformation journeys, ensuring revenue retention, profitability, and value creation.
Acting as a trusted partner, you collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Presales, Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, Delivery, Legal, etc.) and external partners and vendors to design and deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires a strong consultative approach, the ability to deeply understand client needs, and the capacity to translate insights into concrete, high‑value solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Strategy
Define and continuously refine the commercial strategy for your Luxembourg strategic accounts.
Build and manage robust account plans that position NTT DATA on high-impact transformation projects.
Engage with C‑level stakeholders to understand their priorities and contribute to strategic discussions.
Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your clients throughout the entire lifecycle.
Consultative Selling & Opportunity Development
Conduct in-depth discovery to identify client challenges and articulate how NTT DATA’s solutions (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, services) can address them.
Navigate long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Generate demand and support the development of new opportunities aligned with market insights and NTT’s capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Delivery, Product/Solutions teams, Legal, etc.) to design comprehensive, competitive proposals.
Work closely with Luxembourg ecosystem partners and vendors to build integrated, high-value solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
Coordinate internal contributors throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment and collective efficiency.
Use sales tools and methodologies to manage opportunities, pipelines, and governance.
Contribute to the European sales community within your vertical, fostering best-practice sharing and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships and who thrives in a collaborative, international environment. You will be successful in this role if you recognise yourself in several of the points below:
You bring a solid understanding of the Luxembourg market, including key clients, vendors, partners, and the local economic landscape.
You are skilled at building trusted, long-term relationships and naturally adopt a consultative, solution‑oriented approach with clients.
You stay curious about market trends such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation.
You are comfortable working in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
