We're a rapidly-growing global company, and we are now looking for a Brand & Sourcing Manager to join our team, either at our office in Helsinki, Finland or remotely, to help us continue our rapid growth.
As a Brand & Sourcing Manager, you'll play a key role in partnering with leading brands and ensuring our product assortment continues to surprise and delight our community. Your mission? Build relationships, develop collaborations, and help us uncover the next big names and best products in every category. With your keen understanding of both established brands and up-and-coming trends, you’ll ensure our catalog stays dynamic, relevant, and filled with products our customers will love.
At Turtles, you’ll be supported by a talented and experienced team, and you’ll have lots of freedom to experiment and make your mark. Being a growing, start-up-like company, you will also be able to participate in a range of projects and grow your responsibilities over time.
We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on person with the right mindset, your education and work experience matters less.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in brand management, procurement, partnerships, merchandising, or a related field (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brands, vendors, or partners
- Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and a passion for seeking out exciting products and brands
- Ability to analyze trends and customer feedback to keep the catalog fresh and appealing
- Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (our working language)
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects at once
- An eye for spotting emerging brands, product trends, and unique offerings that will delight customers
