Senior Product Designer (B2B)

As we are rapidly growing, we are now in search of a sharp and mission-driven Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing Proton Design team. You will help us build the foundation of our future product suite and have a chance of shaping the design function in the company. The central B2B team focuses on the priority needs of the 50,000+ businesses, non-profits, and government organizations that use Proton for work: Secure business solutions | Proton for Business . With more and more demand for secure workspaces and digital sovereignty, we see high double-digit growth of B2B users across Proton’s encrypted ecosystem. To deliver maximal value quickly, we are a lean and nimble team that builds foundational solutions for the ecosystem as well as user-facing features. We are split between Europe and Taiwan and operate 24/7 to ensure reliable service for our global community.

What you will do

• Design core B2B features such as admin controls, policies, billings, and dashboards

• Design collaboration features across the Proton ecosystem such as shared resources

• Help design new B2B products

• Work closely with product engineers to shape OKR’s and prioritize roadmap

Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping digital products at scale (please provide a link to your Portfolio)

• Extensive experience working with or building design systems

• Proficiency in web and mobile UI, typography, colour, layout and a strong sense of how these impact product function

• Ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions, effectively conveying complex ideas to stakeholders

• A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for visual design

• Bonus: Experience building B2B SaaS products
