Expert Software Engineer _ Workday Integration
Job Description:
- Workday Integrations consultant (8+ years of experience), We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integrations consultant with strong background in integration design, development, deployment, and maintenance using Workday.
- The ideal candidate should have over 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing integration solutions, working with various Workday tools, and effectively handling complex integrations as an Individual Contributor.
Technical Skill Sets
- Must have strong integration experience and should be able to lead design/requirements sessions, develop and test complex Integrations/Reports independently.
- Should have hands-on experience with Workday Cloud connectors, Core connectors, Reports, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services(REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, advance reports, BIRT, XML, XSLT.
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware integrations with Workday configuration experience.
- Should have detailed knowledge of Workday Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG.
- Knowledge on migration using customer central
- Ability to Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms to ensure high reliability of integration solutions.
- Asses new functionality releases and coordinate testing and deployment with stakeholders
- Ability to produce Technical documentation, Test scripts etc for the Integrations developed/ Maintained.
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve request and incident tickets
- Collaborate with HCM, accounting, finance and other business teams to support and develop effective solutions.
Preferred exposure
- Understanding of various Workday HCM and FIN modules would be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce/Zuora applications to aid in building integrations is preferable.
- Expertise in requirement analysis, integration design and documentation
- Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and willingly, adaptability to new challenges
- Exposure to any incident management tool viz CA service desk, Service NOW, JIRA, Fresh works etc. will be an added advantage
Mandatory
- Wiling to work in 2:30PM to 11:30 PM shifts or 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM as and when needed.
- Quarterly visits to Pune office ( 1-2 weeks )
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
- Ability to manage, track and progress the tasks assigned.
