Be responsible for leading QA execution Quality & Food safety implementation entire production line to ensure compliance with the standards and achieve quality high performance.
A. How you will contribute
1. Ensure all quality& Food safety standard requirements are successfully implemented and maintained in production line
Deploy, implement, and maintain QPs & regulation requirement entire production lines.
Be leading the QE team to close all the non conformance happening in the line post internal & external audit
Be responsible to maintain the line documentations, line operations records
2. Ensure High Quality Performance in the production execution
Ensure product specification & process parameters control updated, complied with requirements, build run rule for core team.
Be responsible to provide immediate solution for Q issues (Incident, complaint).
Ensure the direct report team work with relevant team to conduct RCA, CAPA for quality issue happening related to product (Incident, complaint), eliminate the Q loss
Be responsible for Quality Key Indicator Performance of production lines.
Ensure resources and support them to deploy QM steps requirement to the core team as QM master plan.
3. Consumer response
Monitor quality complaint all channel feedback (Voice, zalo, consumer complaint, customer complaint...) and be responsible for immediate action, CAPA tracking for all complaint OTIF (on time in full)
Lead to work with relevant team to reduce top complaint of the plant.
4. Ensure all change management comply with FSS&Q requirements (Innovation, relaunch, productivity project, QI project....)
Co-operate with relevant function as R&D, PCM, BDE, MKT to input Q&FSS requirements for change management projects.
Assign Q resource join to trial, commissioning, FPA for change management projects. Ensure on-time report & follow up Q&FSS action to ensure close ONTIF.
5. Build Capability of quality engineering team, core team to understand the Quality policy, FSSC 22000 regulation requirements, QM methodology

Bachelor Degree. Major in Food technology will be preferred
Experiences: At least 5 years experiences in FMCG, at least 2 years with similar position
English: Fluently
Skill: Communication, problem solving, analytical, negotiation
Familiar with 7 QC tools, WHY WHY, IL6S methodology
