The Role
We are looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to drive organic growth through search-optimised content across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
Drive organic growth across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube
Build and optimise programmatic pages (college, degree, career pathways)
Perform keyword research and improve rankings for high-intent queries
Create and optimise high-quality content aligned to user search journeys
Manage and guide 3–4 content interns to scale content production
Continuously improve content performance through experimentation

2–3 years experience in SEO or content growth
Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush
Experience in EdTech or career content preferred
Basic understanding of AI search / LLM content optimisation
