Join Centific's AI Recruitment team and play a key role in sourcing top-tier talent for our cutting-edge AI projects within India! As Sourcing Lead, India, you will lead a dedicated team in developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract skilled contingent workers. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Manager, you will be instrumental in building the diverse and skilled workforce needed to support our growing AI initiatives in the region.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Sourcing Lead, India, you will be responsible for leading and executing sourcing strategies focused on the India region. Your key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on the Indian region.
  • Distribute projects and markets within the India team based on individual strengths and priorities.
  • Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Sourcing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for Gen AI projects.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates within India.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment channels specific to the India region.
  • Measure campaign results from each channel (ROI), evaluate data, and leverage insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement India.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition within India.
  • Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies while adapting to regional needs and nuances.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing Manager to ensure alignment with overall global talent acquisition goals.
  • Work closely with Project Recruitment Managers and other stakeholders to understand specific talent needs within India.
  • Provide regular updates to the Global Sourcing Manager on sourcing progress and challenges within the Indian region.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the external sourcing process, identifying areas for improvement in tools and processes.

Requirements

Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, with knowledge on the India region.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for specialized roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the talent landscape and labor markets across North, Central, and South America.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing online networks, social media platforms, and professional communities for sourcing within India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge in other Indian languages in desired.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
