Territory Manager
- To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to immediate supervisor
- Grow sales in the area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
- Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
- Coordinate with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
- Consult with Key Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.
- Monitor account receivable collection and prevent overdue.
