đŻ Role OverviewA hybrid UX and visual designer who will own the digital experience of Lux & Nyxâfrom Shopify UX and email design to visual optimization and analytics testing. This person bridges creative design and data-driven problem solving, ensuring the website,campaigns, and visuals are both beautiful and high-converting.
đ§© Key Responsibilitiesâ Manage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, PDPs, landing pages)â Conduct UX tests and analyze heatmap/behavior data (Hotjar, Google Analytics)â Design digital visuals for campaigns, social media, and emailâ Curate photo/video content and maintain brand consistencyâ Use AI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockupsâ Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and A/B test learnings
đ§ Candidate Requirements
- Experienceâ3â6 yrs in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle preferred). Technical SkillsâFigma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky Orange
- Soft SkillsâAnalytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented and proactive
- ShiftâMust have prior graveyard shift experience with U.S. time overlap
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Prefer graduates of the listed top PH design/tech universities.
- Other - Must complete the Lux & Nyx Skills Test before final interview
Compensation & Growth
- SALARY RANGEâPhp 45,000 to Php 80,000/month (Depends on experience and capability). But they will also take someone more junior if they are talented.
