Your Impact

As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will join forces across the Finance and Operations organizations to drive the financial performance of Axon’s global operations. You will build relationships with senior leaders across the organization to assist with problem solving, financial modeling and reporting.

What You’ll Do

Location: Hybrid, Scottsdale, AZ (HQ)

• You will partner with finance and supply chain leadership to drive financial outcomes
• You will develop monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and budget
• You will manage analyze, measure and hold stakeholders accountable to meeting their financial commitments
• You will work cross functionally across Finance, Accounting and Operations on ad hoc projects
• You will create and present presentations to Finance and Operations leadership on financial performance
• You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations peers to improve existing reporting and develop new reporting to improve transparency and drive successful business outcomes
• You will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• You will conduct cost-benefit and make vs buy analyses to support operational decisions
• You will monitor operational performance against established metrics and benchmarks

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum of four years of experience in Finance with two years of experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Independent, self-starter with a track record of creative problem solving
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency
• Ability to working independently with concern for quality and deadlines
• Experience in data analysis and dynamic scenario modeling with emphasis on researching and validating modeling inputs and assumptions and ensuring their alignment with operational models and strategic goals
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with financial and non-financial business leaders
• Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 93,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 136,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
