· Has worked in end-to-end Payment posting, understanding on daily weekly,Monthly reconciliation process, Era posting, manual posting, denial posting,Balance control, correspondence posting, review kick outs, unapplied payments,offset payment, refund posting, incorrect postings, adjustment reversals, Batchreview and posting, month end closing, identify unapplied payments, searcheobs on different portals, Lockbox payments.· Good knowledge on overall Medical Billing, experience in Training, Coachingfeedback, and Client interaction.· Experience working on Excel, MS word, Email writing.· Good hands-on Software like NG, ECW, Epic etc.· Good communication written and verbal presentation skills.· Experience in documenting workflows/Sops, processes.· Should be able to identify workflow gaps and standardization opportunities.· Able to handle pressure deadlines.· Team Player who can do multi – tasking, Problem solving skill.· Proactive, assertive and with a positive attitude

· 5+ years in RCM, 3 years in Payment Posting is must, only relevant experience can be considered.
