AP - CRM Specialist | (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining our CRM system to support sales and business operations. You’ll play a key role in configuring pipelines, automating workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve overall customer and sales processes.
Position: CRM Specialist
Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 100,000 (depending on experience and technical depth)
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, AU/NZ business hours; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- CRM Implementation & Configuration
- · Lead end-to-end CRM setup, configuration, and optimization across client accounts
- · Build pipelines, lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and contact data architecture
- · Maintain data hygiene and connect CRM to marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms
- Campaign Management
- • Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end — from brief and template build through to deployment
- • Plan and manage campaign calendars across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- • Monitor performance and make data-led optimization decisions in real time
- Marketing Automation & Workflows
- • Design and deploy automated workflows — lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and more
- • Build trigger-based automations tied to CRM stages, form submissions, and behavioral signals
- • Test, QA, and continuously improve automation flows based on performance data
- Reporting & Dashboards
- • Build client-facing dashboards and track key CRM and campaign metrics
- • Produce regular performance reports with clear strategic recommendations
- • Set up automated reporting workflows to reduce manual overhead
Qualifications:
- Proven, demonstrable experience building CRMs, campaigns, and automations
- Previous agency experience — managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is non-negotiable
- Hands-on CRM experience — Pipedrive strongly preferred, or equivalent (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)
- Strong working knowledge of automation logic, segmentation, and email campaign management
- Ability to build reporting dashboards and communicate results clearly to clients
- You ask questions, flag blockers early, and speak up — this is non-negotiable and you will be tested on it
- Quick, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities at pace.
- Portfolio inbuilding CRMs, campaigns, and automations is required

- Middleware experience — Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Exposure to AI agent development or broader workflow automation
