Job OverviewResponsible for the safe and efficient setup, mixing, and operation of industrial mixing equipment. Works as part of a team and supports plant standards for safety, quality, and production.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate, monitor, and maintain mixing equipment, including basic mechanical repairs and daily inspections.
Complete required audits such as Safety, Gemba, and ISO, and report findings to management.
Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Production Teams, and plant leadership.
Support waste reduction, environmental compliance, and proper handling of returned or discrepant materials.
Perform quality checks according to SOPs and support a strong quality culture.
Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemicals; follow LOTO, ISO 9001, GMP, and EH&S procedures.
Use SAP for required production entries and inventory tracking.
Weigh and count materials to support production accuracy.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with housekeeping and other assigned tasks.
Be flexible with shift changes and overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in a process‑oriented manufacturing environment (chemical, food, or beverage preferred).
Additional Qualifications
Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a safe work environment.
Knowledge of chemical handling procedures.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,030.00 and 66,710.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
