You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
How you will contribute
To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

What you need to know about this position:
You will report hierarchically to the Engineering Manager of our beautiful factory in Cestas (20 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the Arcachon basin). You will be working on the MONDELEZ showcase site in France where the emblematic PETIT ECOLIER, MIKADO, GRANOLA and PEPITO are produced.
Some key projects:
- Renewal of the roof's waterproofing layer: approximately €15 million over 2 to 3 years
- Floor repair work in the plant
- Various development works or repairs to the site's infrastructure and utilities (projects from €0.5 to €5 million)
- Energy-related projects: e.g. installation of solar panels

Education / Certifications:
- Engineering school type training or equivalent Bac+5 with more or less 10 years of experience in infrastructure and utility project management in industry
Job specific requirements:
- English level C1 (TOEIC): spoken and written fluently
- Experience in infrastructure and utilities project management in the industrial field => 10 years ideal (+ or -5 years)
- Budget Tracking
- Management of complex projects in an agri-food environment: from the technical and budgetary study phase to the final closure of the project after installation
- Direct management of 0 to 3 consultants or internal project engineers depending on the activity
- Transversal management of the project teams made up of internal "factory" contacts (maintenance, safety, quality manager, representatives of the production teams, etc.) and MDLZ support members (procurement, MEU Engineering, finance, etc.)
- Negotiation
- Technical expertise in infrastructure and utilities
- Ability to solve complex problems and propose different technical and financial alternatives
- Creativity, strength of proposal
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels depending on the interlocutors, intelligence in interpersonal relationships
