Platform Strategy and Vision
Strategic Alignment: Define a comprehensive strategic vision for the technology platform that aligns seamlessly with the overarching enterprise architecture strategy and the company's business goals.
Enterprise Architecture Integration: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to translate enterprise architecture principles and standards into actionable platform designs and implementation plans.
Team Enablement: Communicate the platform vision and its connection to the enterprise architecture to the team, fostering a shared understanding of objectives and motivating them towards achieving them.
Resource Optimisation: Collaborate with senior leadership and Enterprise Architects to plan resources and budget allocation for platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with both platform and enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
Architecture and Design
Architectural Leadership: Lead the overall design of robust, scalable, and secure platform architectures that adhere to enterprise architecture principles and can support a wide range of applications and services.
Enterprise Architecture Compliance: Ensure that the team's architectural designs align with the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and best practices.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance in resolving complex technical challenges related to platform architecture, design, or implementation, considering the implications for the broader enterprise architecture.
