Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT professional with 1–3 years of experience in system administration, automation, and scripting. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations while contributing to automation initiatives that enhance system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows and/or Linux servers and enterprise applications.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure optimal operation.
Support patch management, system upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational runbooks.
Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and/or automation.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server and/or Linux administration
Application administration and support
Scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of distribution or supply chain functional processes.
Experience with Precision, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or E1 (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne).
