Parts Clerk

KEY FUNCTIONS
- To sell parts and automotive materials, accessories and products to customers.
- To check, invoice and deliver parts to the workshop mechanics.
- To prepare workshop estimates and quotations for external and export customers.
- To participate in all stocktaking and stock-check exercises when required including the annual stocktaking.
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
- To perform any other related duties as directed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
- Three (3) years’ work experience in an Automotive Parts Department.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good negotiation skills.
