Duolingo is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and operator, owning the identification, testing, and scaling of new marketing initiatives that drive user growth. You’ll collaborate across Growth Strategy, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, and international teams—leading high-impact projects and campaigns that accelerate user acquisition and expand Duolingo’s global reach.

- Identify, prioritize, and drive new growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Design, launch, and analyze marketing experiments across emerging and non-traditional channels
- Develop frameworks and scalable processes for market prioritization, channel evaluation, and knowledge sharing
- Translate data and insights into clear strategies, actionable recommendations, and updates
- Independently own projects that unlock measurable user growth
You have...
- 4+ years in growth marketing, marketing strategy, or a related role at a leading consumer brand
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, experimentation, and structured problem solving
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, analytics, and international partners
- Exceptional project ownership and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional candidates will have...
- STEM degree or equivalent quantitative training
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- SQL or advanced analytics capabilities
