Senior Presales Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to extract requirements, scope, and compliance criteria.
- Develop solutioning approaches and map requirements to suitable technology stacks.
- Prepare complete proposal responses, including technical writeups and supporting documentation.
- Draw high-level solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models.
- Highlight differentiators, innovations, and value propositions relevant to each engagement.
- Ensure proposals align with government standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineering.
Strong technical knowledge across enterprise IT stacks (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Cloud & On-Prem models).
Ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visuals.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable.
