About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance Bilingual Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with U.S. clients. This role is ideal for hunters who thrive in outbound sales, hit targets consistently, and close deals through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → closing
Execute daily outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
Hit 60+ calls/day OR 2+ discovery calls/day
Run consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions
Manage pipeline, CRM, and forecasts with discipline
Collaborate with Recruitment & HR to drive successful placements
Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2)
2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
Hunter mentality (loves cold outreach & pipeline building)
Strong consultative selling skills
Proven execution & quota attainment
Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven
Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred)

What We Offer
- On-Target Earnings: ~$3,850 USD/month (Hourly Base + Commissions)
- Uncapped Commissions: You can exceed OTE by outperforming targets. Your earnings grow with your results
