FSR account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts by delivering professional account management, technical service support, and value improvement initiatives.
This role combines account management, new business development, and hands-on technical service, ensuring customers receive safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions while strengthening long-term partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure retention and profitability
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customers
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
Conduct regular customer reviews, reporting, and pricing management
Provide technical service support, including installations, maintenance, and breakdown assistance
Train customers on products, equipment, and safe chemical handling
Coordinate service technicians and contractors to meet customer needs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
