Paid Ads Specialist
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to support and execute performance marketing campaigns for education and training businesses focused on student enrollment growth. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for someone early to mid-career who has agency experience and wants to deepen their skills across Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.
You will start by supporting senior advertisers and managing smaller ad accounts, with a clear path toward owning campaigns end to end. This role is well suited for someone who understands paid ads fundamentals, communicates clearly, and is eager to grow into more responsibility.

What You’ll Work On
Paid Ads Execution and Support
- Support active ad accounts across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Help manage campaigns with monthly budgets ranging from 3K to 15K USD
- Assist with campaign setup, ad creation, budget pacing, and optimizations
- Implement changes based on performance data and advertiser guidance
Account Management and Optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities
- Assist with testing creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Help maintain clean account structure and accurate tracking
- Contribute to ongoing optimization of enrollment-focused funnels
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with senior advertisers and a US-based team
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English during internal discussions
- Support reporting and performance summaries for internal review
- Learn how to translate client goals into practical ad execution
What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads required
- Exposure to TikTok Ads is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable starting in a support role and growing into more ownership
- Detail-oriented with a performance mindset
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve as a paid media operator
Nice to Have
- Experience working with lead generation or education-focused campaigns
- Familiarity with tracking, conversion events, and basic funnel concepts
- Experience collaborating with US-based teams or clients
- Comfort using reporting dashboards or spreadsheets for performance analysis
