About the Role

You’ll be at the forefront of our client experience, the first point of connection between clients and the powerhouse team of attorneys ready to fight for them. Handling 50-100 inbound calls a day, you’ll serve as the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but truly engages them—laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship. You’ll be the critical link guiding clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our legal experts.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
• Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
• Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

• Experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).

• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.

• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.

• Salary Range: $6 – $9 per hour (based on your experience and performance)
