We are seeking a skilled and driven Swedish-speaking B2B Business Developer to join our dynamic team and support an exciting project in the travel and tourism sector.
Your Role
As a B2B Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Building customer loyalty by providing outstanding sales support via outbound calls and emails.
Proactively pursuing and securing business sales opportunities.
Enhancing content, rates, and availability on our platforms to boost customer conversions.
Negotiating promotional offers to support marketing and merchandising strategies.
Managing inquiries across various communication channels with accuracy and professionalism.
Offering precise, complete information by adhering to company procedures.
Achieving and exceeding customer service quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
Advanced level of Swedish, oral and written (C2)
Excellent command of the English language
A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject)
Strong sales profile with customer and service orientation
Experience in working with KPIs
Ability to promote and sell client services and products
Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
EU Passport
