Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance for remote staff Support employee relations and engagement initiatives Provide training and development programs Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems

Requirements:

4 years' experience in HR

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Familiarity with Caribbean labor laws is a plus
