Are you a ServiceNow developer who enjoys building practical solutions and working closely with customers?
At Vivicta, we help large Nordic organizations modernize their IT environments and digital services. We are currently expanding our team supporting a major Swedish public sector organization in the healthcare domain, where ServiceNow plays a key role in digital service management.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who enjoys hands-on development, solving real problems and working in an international team.
What you will do:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, mainly within the ITSM platform
- Implement catalog items, workflows and automation
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Work with platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts and Flow Designer
- Collaborate with customer teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Support troubleshooting and incident resolution when needed
Work split is approximately 70% development and 30% support.
Platform scope:
In this role you will typically work with:
- ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- REST API integrations
- MID Server
Nice to work with in the future:
- CSM
- CMDB / Discovery
- UI Builder
- AI capabilities within ServiceNow
What we expect:
- Around 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and platform development
- Understanding of integrations (REST API or IntegrationHub)
- Ability to analyze issues and propose solutions
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with CSM, HRSD, FSM or CMDB
- Experience with Service Portal
