Manager, Institutional Sales
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Develop new as well as maintain existing client relationships - across crypto native hedge funds and prosumers
- Coordinate strategy and analysis for the segment and proactively drive market share identifying opportunities within the region
- Channel client feedback to improve our franchise in terms of pricing and product development
- Meet face-to-face with existing and prospective clients, as well as hosting, organizing and attending client events and conferences
- Help the Institutional business scale by collaborating with team members to build and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 7+ years relevant experience, preferably in a crypto trading or custody environment, and/or a traditional institutional banking, asset management, exchange or brokerage environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of and existing relationships with a number of focus clients in hedge fund segment with a strong understanding of prime-brokerage services
- Comfort dealing with numbers including the ability to do data analysis of large data sets or analyzing models
- Ability to independently source and close high profile clients with an impressive sales track record
- Strong strategic thinking, articulate client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to distill complex information into an easily digestible form
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
