The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Dental Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Handle all order-related operations within customer service
・Manage order processing in collaboration with Customers, Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
・Manage SFDC cases for customer pre/post order inquiries providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
・Support Ortho business dealer order entry processing
・Use SFDC as a means of communication for external customers (both email queue and also Nice In Contact phone system)
・Participate in area or global team projects as a subject matter expert about the order management process in Japan
・Ensure DS CS team are following standardized processes, meeting compliance standards and maintaining KPIs
・Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
・Generate reports using Power BI, S4 HANA app and analyze customer order trends to support business decisions.
・Participate in training and professional development to stay current on R&P and UNITEK products, policies and process.
・Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
・Drive Ortho customers to adopt ECBEING ecommerce
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Knowledge and skills in order management, SAP, and PC operations
- 10 years experience in relevant departments such as customer service, billing, logistics, sales or complaints management role
- Moderate Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, filtering, analysis)
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Experience with SAP (either ECC or ideally S4HANNA version)
- Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com)
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Business communication skills in English.

- Good analytical capacity
