The ideal candidate will engage with representatives of business units to develop and/or modify requirements, business design specifications for units’ SharePoint page.
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis to provide business units with recommendations in recreating and migrating their content.
- Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, and
comprehending system capabilities. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and workflows. - Manage and design site collections, content databases.
- Implement web part pages and site features.
- Assist with development of SharePoint processes, and procedures.
- Utilize SharePoint to create automated forms, such as surveys, which have built in approval/vetting process workflows.
- Provide direction and assistance on levels of testing to ensure migrated
sites are defect free. - Analyze and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows and content.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online, with a strong emphasis on modern SharePoint sites and site architecture (hub sites, content
libraries, document lists, search, etc.). Experience with other JavaScript framework like Typescript, React, Bootstrap and SharePoint Framework. - Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal
required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online, with a strong emphasis on modern SharePoint sites and site architecture (hub sites, content libraries, document lists, search, etc.).
- Knowledge of Java frameworks, architecture, and design patterns
- Experience with other JavaScript framework like Typescript, React, Bootstrap and SharePoint Framework.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required).
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Proficient in object-oriented development.
- Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology.
- Good communication skills.
