Creative Strategist, Tech/Telco

We’re looking for someone to join our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team and help our Tech/Telco advertisers create world-class creative on Pinterest.
What you'll do:
- Inspire partners by concepting and presenting ideas for what their brand could do on Pinterest and work with them and the Pinterest partnerships team to execute on those ideas
- Partner with the Tech/Telco sales teams to uncover industry-level challenges and account-specific opportunities to develop creative-driven solutions
- Work autonomously with cross functional teams like Sales, Measurement, Marketing and Insights to drive creative effectiveness for individual advertisers and within broad go-to-market programs
- Provide consultative reviews and enhancements of existing campaigns
- Collaborate with senior creative strategists and sales teams to develop world-class campaigns on Pinterest
- Design and pitch innovative creative strategies that inspire and engage
- Create and distribute creative content and resources that empower over 150+ internal sales partners
- Adapt to varying styles and depths of work across a large and diverse sector of brands
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with agency, platform or brand or transferable skills
- Candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives
- Someone who can engage a room of senior-level brand and agency representatives and inspire action
- Experience communicating ideas verbally and through presentations in a clear, concise, and compelling way to multiple and diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Someone who confidently clears their own roadblocks to drive a project to completion
- A passion for, and experience influencing, visually-led, business-driving creative work
- An entrepreneurial mindset that’s equally strong in ideation and execution
- Background in art direction or design to develop compelling creative mockups for prospective campaign ideas and events; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent
In-Office Requirement Statement
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3-4 times per month and as needed, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: New York, New York.
