Service Architect with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Core IT to take architectural ownership of security‑critical, high‑impact initiatives.
You will be responsible for IAM solution design, access models, security architecture and senior decision‑making across multiple projects, working as a trusted architectural authority.
What you will do:
- Own IAM and Core IT architecture end‑to‑end
- Design IAM solutions and make senior security decisions
- Act as architectural advisor for complex migrations and carve‑out initiatives
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple projects
- Mentor a junior architect supporting you with operational work
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as Service / Solution / Security Architect
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (identities, roles, access models)
- Experience with complex, high‑risk IT environments
- Ability to take ownership and communicate architectural decisions clearly

Delivery model
This is a shared architectural role delivering services for Tieto and Vivicta, centrally managed within an architecture/capability team (not tied to a single project).
