DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role**
We are looking for a professional, detailed and with initiative to join the team as Finance & Administration Specialist.
You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and accounting management, ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial information, collaborating on invoicing processes, checking suppliers and banks, and supporting accounting closures and management reports.
This role requires a proactive, team-oriented and results-oriented person who can effectively interact with different departments and ensure compliance with internal processes.
As the Finance & Administration Specialist, you will:
- Administrative and accounting management of the area, ensuring the correct accounting of operations.
- Support in the issuance and control of invoices to customers and registration of supplier invoices.
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and monitoring of payments and collections.
- Coordination with suppliers and banks for the management of incidents, payments, financing or other formalities.
- Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual closing accounts.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports for management.
- Maintenance and archiving of administrative, tax and contractual documentation.
- Compliance with internal regulations and support in external and internal audits.
- Proposal for improvements in administrative processes that optimize efficiency and control.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Finance & Administration Specialist:
- Training: Degree or FPII in Administration and Finance, Accounting, ADE or similar.
- Languages: Spanish (native or advanced) and English (intermediate-advanced level, minimum B2).
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, accounting or finance departments.
- Practical knowledge of invoicing processes, bank reconciliation and supplier management.
- Valuable previous experience in closing accounts and audits.
Technical expertise:
- Advanced handling of Excel.
- Experience with ERP/accounting (SAP, Navision, A3, Odoo or others).
- Familiarity with basic tax and accounting regulations

- Attention to detail and high level of precision.
- Organizational capacity and priority management.
- Initiative and problem solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
