Team Leader Civil Registry Associate
What success looks like in this role:
Supervises Unisys associates in day-to-day operations
Receives instructions from the PSA Outlet Supervisor and relays these to the team
Provides weekly status reports to the Regional Operations Lead or Central Operations Lead
Provides ad hoc reports as the need arises
First point of escalation for issues
Performs onsite KPI monitoring and reporting
Manages inventory of consumables and common supplies
Prepares Timesheets as input to payroll
Other tasks that may be assigned by the ROL/COL for business needs
You will be successful in this role if you have:

- At least with high school diploma. Recent Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with 0 - +3 years experience in customer service and data entry.
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer operation skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
