Senior Manager, Business Development Mexico

Pipeline generation across Mexico directly influences revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition at scale. This role owns the strategy and execution behind how new business is created, qualified, and accelerated, shaping the front end of the sales funnel in a cloud and SaaS environment.

You will lead a high-performing Business Development function that drives consistent pipeline creation while elevating prospecting sophistication through data, technology, and modern engagement strategies. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership, you will influence go-to-market direction, improve conversion performance, and expand market reach across key segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to consistently generate high-quality pipeline that supports Mexico revenue targets
  • Drive execution of outbound and inbound prospecting strategies that increase conversion rates and accelerate sales-ready opportunity creation
  • Own pipeline creation metrics and forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment with regional revenue goals and performance expectations
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and execute account-based strategies that expand market penetration and improve win rates
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline data to identify trends, optimize conversion efficiency, and influence marketing investment decisions
  • Build and scale repeatable processes, playbooks, and enablement programs that improve team productivity and consistency
  • Collaborate with global business development leadership to implement innovative prospecting strategies and continuously improve effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of modern prospecting tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven insights to enhance team performance and visibility

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or business development within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing sales development or business development teams
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets through team leadership
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion metrics and pipeline quality in high-growth environments
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and implementing scalable processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align execution to broader company objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building or scaling business development teams within regional or global organizations
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and multi-threaded prospecting strategies
  • Experience with leading prospecting and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technology solutions and market trends
