About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced contract management professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, detail, and practical value of AI-powered contract and legal operations solutions.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs across topics including contract drafting, negotiation tactics, risk mitigation, compliance, and contract lifecycle management

• Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, commercial logic, and real-world applicability

• Draft realistic contract management scenarios and case studies drawn from your direct experience

• Create scenario variations from various stakeholder perspectives (e.g. contract manager, legal counsel, business leader, external partner)

• Identify gaps, flaws, or weak logic in AI-generated contract management content

In simple terms:You will evaluate and improve AI-generated contract management content, ensuring it reflects true commercial and legal expertise, rigorous logic, and industry best practices. Rather than doing traditional contract management, you’ll use your expertise to help AI systems deeply understand contract functions at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior contract manager, legal operations specialist, agreements consultant, or similar professional

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

• Several years of hands-on contract management or legal operations experience across complex or high-volume environments

• Strong at assessing contract logic, soundness, and practical implementation

• Comfortable providing clear, structured feedback and working independently

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
