Hi! At Zarego, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy building robust web applications, this could be a great fit:
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working with Ruby.
- Solid experience building and maintaining backend applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript for frontend development.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with testing practices.
- Experience working with Git and collaborating in team environments.
- Understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance considerations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
- Based in Latin America.
Nice to have:
- Experience experimenting with AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Spanish proficiency (intermediate level or higher).
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
