Head of Asset Management

Job Description:

General Manager Asset Management Real Estate Multinational is looking for a General Manager Asset Management to lead investment strategies and optimize asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management Oversee the full life cycle of real estate assets, including acquisition, development, operation, and disposal, maximizing value and returns.
• Investment Strategy & Execution Develop and implement investment strategies, including regional planning, asset selection, valuation analysis, and transaction execution.
• Capital Operations & Fund Management Manage private equity funds, REITs, and attract institutional investors while overseeing fund investment, operation, and exit strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration.
2. 10+ years of experience in real estate investment & asset management; experience in private equity funds and REITs is preferred.
3. Strong financial analysis, investment valuation, market insight, and risk management skills.
4. Familiarity with domestic & international capital markets, with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.
